The Needle Flame Tester evaluates fire hazards in electrical equipment by simulating fault conditions that may cause internal flames. This apparatus assesses whether specimens ignite and measures combustion duration and spread.

Product Overview

This testing apparatus features a 0.9mm needle-shaped burner tilted at 45° and fueled by butane gas. It conforms to IEC60695-11-5 standards and is required by IEC60335-1 clause 30.2.3.2 and Annex E.
